CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation by client prior to 48 hours 10% admin fee charged.
• Cancellation by client within 48 hours 50% fee charged.
• Tickets are strictly not refundable if a client cancels within 24 hours of the trip or does not arrive for the trip. This is regardless if the tickets are purchased within 24 hours of the trip time.
• Waterfront Kayak takes no responsibility for late comers regardless of the reason provided. Customers are expected to arrive 20 minutes before the trip time.

• Rescheduling requests by the client can only be done up till 12 hours before the trip time.
• Rescheduling requests by the client are subject to the discretion of Waterfront Kayak.
• If a reschedule request is agreed to, these requests are limited to two requests per purchasing customer.

Late comers

• We will try accommodate late comers on another trip but can't guarantee this.
•  If reschedule can't be accommodated due to late arrival - ticket is forfeited.

Rain and cloud cover won’t affect cancellation of a trip but strong winds, large swell and unsafe currents will. 

If we cancel because of unsafe weather -  

A full refund will be given, it may take -/+ 7 working days to complete.
The customer may select to reschedule their trip. If their trip is rescheduled then the terms of the Rescheduling policy above applies thereafter.

Vouchers are not refundable for cash under any circumstances.

NOTE: Cape Town weather is highly unpredictable and sea conditions may change unexpectedly causing us to cancel right before or during the trip. Your safety is our priority.
