This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.waterfrontkayak.co.za (the “Site”).

Webtickets uses iVeri Payment Technologies which is PCI level 1 certified for the following services: 

1. Payment Gateway/Switch 

2. POS/Card Present 

3. Internet/e-commerce 

4. Clearing and Settlement Webtickets does not store card details, ever and is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act NO.4 of 2013 (POPIA)

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information 

We use your Information for the following but not limited to:

• Communicate with you
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
